These terms apply when you browse or buy from DAILY DEPT. (dailydept.store). By placing an order, you agree to them.

1. Our products

We sell physical products and digital products. Digital products, such as the Bloom app, are delivered online. Nothing is shipped for a digital product.

2. Digital product licence

When you buy a digital product, you get a personal, non-transferable licence to use it for yourself. Your access key and files are for your own use only. Please do not share, resell or publish them. We may disable keys that are shared publicly.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is taken in full at checkout by UPI, card or net banking.

4. Delivery

Digital products are sent to the email address you enter at checkout and shown on your order page as soon as payment is confirmed. Please make sure your email address is correct.

5. Refunds

Refunds are handled under our Refund policy. Digital products are not refundable once access has been delivered, except where the product does not work and we cannot fix it.

6. Health information

Our wellness products, including Bloom, support healthy habits and are for general information only. They are not medical advice, do not diagnose or treat any condition, including PCOD/PCOS, and are not a contraceptive. Always consult a qualified doctor or registered dietitian before making changes to your diet, exercise or treatment.

7. Your data

The Bloom app stores what you log on your own device. We do not receive or store that data. Order details are handled as described in our Privacy policy.

8. Liability

We provide our products as described and will fix genuine problems. To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown on this page when you place your order applies to that order.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the courts of Palakkad, Kerala.
