Digital products (including Bloom)

Digital products are delivered instantly by email. Nothing is shipped and there are no shipping charges. After your payment is confirmed, your order confirmation email contains your app link and access key. If you do not see it within 15 minutes, please check your spam or promotions folder, then email us and we will resend it.

Physical products

Where we sell physical products, we ship across India. Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days, and delivery usually takes 3 to 7 business days depending on your location. Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay. You will receive a tracking link by email once your order ships.

Wrong email address

Please check that your email address is correct at checkout. If you entered a wrong address, write to us from the email you meant to use with your order number and we will send your access details there.
